    I would by all the 12s like that I could find.

    I understand the 8, with the scratches and the cleaning it was netted a bit.

    That will NEVER happen to me. It should never have happened to you. I will never send in a coin to be slabbed.

    They seem way under graded to me. But then again, I tend to grade more on the generous side

    Before I saw the grades I: was going to guess F-12 & F-15 (Using PCGS Photograde).

    Typical subjective grading by the top TPGs. I have at least 50 graded coins which are questionable over or under graded. On the other hand, I have many accurately graded slabs from the lesser acclaimed grading services. I have learned from both you and others with seasoned grading knowledge that opinions vary differently from eye to eye. In the long run, I trust my eye, over the TPGs, overall.

    I really do believe they are properly graded, especially the NGC F12. I would have called the first one a G06. Sorry if I sound harsh :(
