Well then it would be illegal to knowingly sell counterfeits as the real thing.
You can always report them to the Secret Service. (I think they are still in charge of counterfeiting.)

I don't think China has a law about selling US fake coins.
And even if it is against our law, we are not going after overseas sellers.
Except in a case of large scale $100 bill counterfeiting, etc.
