It looks like the Obverse and Reverse dies are VLDS - what you are seeing is die deterioration to the extent that the outer and inner devices are looking washed out. There may be some MD present as well.
Thanks for the extra pictures. Your coin looks LDS with MD. You can also see that the die seems to be breaking down between the date and rim where CUDs are known to occur. Here is a link to the 1960 doubled dies: https://www2.briansvarietycoins.com/listings/cat/33 You'll note that a vast number of the DDOs/DDRs are associated with proofs; only a few to the business strikes. I could not find a match for you but with coin in hand and time, you might find something. The only listing that was somewhat interesting was for DDR 022 (the C in AMERICA).
