What is going on here? It has a raised glob on it on the right side face and rim , and all kinds of freaky stuff going on the right. It has no damage on the obverse, no flattening to indicate a hit, which couldn't explain the right side anyway, as that is a raised area. Is this a broken die? That's all I can think of.
It has been Braze Welded to another object, but now removed and some of the brazing is left on the coin.
