eBay's whims. I took heavy advantage of eBay Bucks multipliers during the big gold/silver frenzy earlier in the decade. One day, they just stopped coming to me. I tried various suggestions to make them reappear, but they never have. I just figured that eBay decided they'd spent enough money on me -- they were making very little, maybe nothing, on those sales. But I know there are others here who were buying at even higher rates than I was, and didn't stop getting them.
