I bid a $100 bill on Heritage or http://www.HA.com for $93.15 with all the fees including delivery, (I think I bid about $81+$12.15BP), :hammer: I won and got the bill in hand. Every now and then, you get the sleeper. I purchased the bill on 5-15-04 and still have it. BTW: The note happened to be an error note.
Hahaha awesome story. Especially considering there is absolutely no way you could have not made a profit.
I'm upgrading my inventory list and just found a $20 error note I purchased from HA for $19 stock number 21230 purchased on 12/15/03 :mouth:
for what it worth heritage was once selling a 5000$ note (in value ) for $500 because they did not know how much it was worth but someone informed them at the last second in a show so yes Heritage is a great place to pick notes if you know what you are doing.
