Question Regarding Fancy Serial Possible Radar

Hi Folks. Question on this note I received yesterday. Once again it's 1 off from what I would like it to be but I have to ask. So if there is a big fat 0 in front of a radar can we just kind of ignore it I know it's not a radar still wanted to share. This is how my luck goes with finding paper money with any above face value.

Not a true radar with that "0". Like @masterswimmer said, if you like it, keep it. Not wroth more than $1 though IMO.

 

But, hey, if you put it up on eBay you only have to convince a couple of other people that it's interesting...

 

There's no such thing as a possible radar.
It is, or it isn't. There's no gray area on this.

 

Even if it was a Radar, it’s seen better days and the premium wouldn’t have been that much to begin with.
