This is great news. Over the last two years I sent several messages to NGC leadership complaining and explaining why I thought they made a big mistake giving up their competitive edge over PCGS by discontinuing their policy of accepting PCGS and NGC coins in competitive registry sets. They always responded kindly but without any valid rationale. I am pleased they are returning to their previous policy. Too bad for PCGS. I'm back to being a happy member of NGC. Supporting the greater collector world rather than only promoting their own grading will pay off for them in more memberships and goodwill. It's good business! $$$$
But I'm having a LOT of trouble creating Competitive and Custom sets. It was hard before. Now I haven't even begun to get the hang of it.
I found it's easier IF you use their app and scan your coins. Then it walks you through adding them to any applicable sets automatically.
Sorry if that bothers you. I only look at the US coins forum and no one else has posted it here. After you mentioned it I looked at another one of the forums and I see it is there. Are you concerned?
Nah, he's probably not too concerned. But a lot of us have already reacted and posted our thoughts, in depth, in the other threads.
