Not really , but you can't be sure until you have the coin in hand . Also the pictures are'nt the best . See if he'll give you better pictures .

Too much mint luster to be polished.

The coin has likely been dipped, but I see no evidence of polishing.

 

I say the same, looks dipped (properly), not polished, good enough to bid on, but already at ms63 money.
