The closest that I have gotten with this coin is Siscia RIC VII 60, yet I still have conflicts
with the "alter" I notice a ("Dot) or even more than one on the alter yet this RIC 60 says VOT PR over altar, which I am just not seeing... can anyone please come closer
to the proper ID for this coin..?
I am attempting to nail down a Rarity rating as well so..?

    Thanks, Sincerely Steven

    Siscia RIC VII 60:
Constantine AE follis. 319 AD. IMP CONSTANTINVS AVG, helmeted, cuirassed bust right. / VICTORIAE LAETAE PRINC PERP, two victories supporting shield inscribed VOT PR over altar. Mintmark ΓSIS dot.

Your coin is RIC 59 because of the PF in the obverse inscription. RIC lists it as R2, but in this particular volume of RIC the authors give rarity ratings for each individual officina. Actually, your coin is relatively common.
