I have purchased 15 $500 boxes of quarters and still getting all 2018 uncirculated quarters. I am searching for the 2019 quarters and still none. Wish there was a way to get the banks to request 2019 quarters. even if there was a fee to pay for the request I would be willing to pay the fee.

You probably have to wait until 2020!

This isn't my arena so maybe I'm missing something, but wouldn't it be way easier to just buy the specific coins you're looking for?

If you paid yourself an hourly rate it certainly would be.

I usually get most of mine from vending machines. Simply put a coin in and ask for it back. Just from today I got a SBA, silver nickles, a silver dime, a few silver quarters, and two 2019 quarters I have never seen before

Just be glad you get new ones. All I get are recycled coins.

You can buy 2019 quarters directly from the U.S. Mint.

Rolls & bags, like this: 2019 Texas ATB quarter

Complete sets and more: America the Beautiful Quarters® Program

I have never gotten a full box of 1 type quarter, all my boxes have been LOOMIS rerolls. I would love to get a box of 2019 quarters. I think it depends on if your bank gets theirs from the fed or a rolling company like loomis. I think wells fargo and Chase get them direct from the fed. But I may be wrong.
Bags and rolls from the mint will not contain W quarters.

I don’t waste my time coin searching. My goal is buying low and selling high quality certified low pop coins.

If you live in a small town where there are no other collectors you might have a chance.

Unless that small town is a good distance from any large towns. Then you get "new" coins two or three years after they are released. I keep track of 1997 5 cents pieces that I get in circulation here, and in and in 22 years I've seen 15. I have see 5 2009 cents, 7 2009 territory quarters, 2 2005 buffalo nickels etc. 2019 W quarters? I'll probably never see them in circulation, we're just now starting to see 2017's around here.
