i finally got one sacagawea 2002 d ciruclated dollar. it's worth one dollar. but that was my first . other sac that i got were 2000 & 2001.

i collect both. but the satin finished started on 2004.

I have both sets to date:
P/D & pr JFK's except the matte. Took me a while and I won't feel it's completed until I have the matte.
2000 P/D & pr Sacs plus the 1999 fdi, no Goodacre or gold issue, lol.
They are fun sets to complete.

 

mintage for 2008 sacagawea dollar is 1,820,000 each for (p) & (d)

mintage for 2008 kennedy half is 1,700,000 each for (p) & (d)

are these two consider low and rare?....your judgement......

 

i think sac dollar can beat kennedy half. because sac dollar is hard to maintain its brilliant uncirculated. beside people like to collect one. like one cent, one dollar coin or one dollar note.
