Hello, I have a low serial number $100 I found in the wild recently. Is it a keeper or spender? I was thinking of selling the bill off but wanted to see it’d be worth trying to sell. Thoughts?

IMO if you can find someone local to you or through the marketplace on a site like CT it could be worth it to sell. No fees.

If you try to sell it on feebay you'll wind up giving possibly all profit and possibly more to the bay and PP in fees.

A 3 digit number does have a market and i would consider that a low number
Its for sure worth over face as the condition is pretty good :)

00000100 and below is definitely more desirable.

But it is neat what you found. It's only worth what someone is willing to pay for it if you find a buyer.

    IMHO

I like that it’s low and ladderish (345), but it’s a lot of money to tie up.

$100 notes are always a tough decision.

Condition helps, probably worth a little bit to a collector.
I would be a seller. Nice find.

It should be worth a little bit more than face, more so if the bill has a good condition.

I changed my criteria for collecting 100s because theres no market and it ties up so much money has to be incredibly old and chrisp /starnote
