    Common issue on Lincoln Cents.
    No premium for that issue.

    Suggestion. Create your possible error threads over at the Error Coins forum. First figure out what you have.. Lastly worry about value. Most minor issues have very little or no premium at all. I'm not trying to be bossy just to help.
