Possible new discovery

    doubled mouth.jpg I found this 1983 D Washington quarter last month from change my girlfriend brought back from the laundry mat.I sent it off to John Wexler last week and am eagerly waiting for his diagnosis. Look at Washington's mouth! Incredible!!!

    Agreed. The portrait remains the same size but the lips/mouth are reduced. A pretty extreme example, worthy of an educational piece.
