    I’ve seen a couple 2009 Series notes with later suffixes (V, W, and X)
I wasn’t able to find any similar ones on ebay, so, is it special?
    I also have a 1995 L-V block $1, although in crisp condition.

It's special in the sense a series rarely gets this high in the alphabet so X and especially Y blocks stand out when they are encountered. Check the back and see if it's a FW 295 error. If it is, you have a keeper. Otherwise, the note won't have much collector value due to its being in circulated condition.
