Nice coin and mint state but not uncirculated. Only coins in their original government packaging can truly be called uncirculated. IMO

Edit: I realize that the terms MS and UNC have become interchangeable. There is a fuzzy line when Mint Set coins are just business strikes put in cellophane packaging for sale by the mint to collectors.

This is but one example. Other examples of OGP can be original rolls or bags of coins.

    Thank you!

I can't seem to find the book for under $150. I hope they reprint it soon.

That's an EBOOK. Not a physical copy. (You know - the "old fashioned" kind of book you hold in your hand with real pages that can be turned.)

I was looking on Amazon a few weeks ago and only saw these in print. I can't find any printed books for less than $150.

Yes, that may have been a kindle price I sent you. I have a hard copy book. I'm sitting here trying to think/remember what I paid for it. No way in hell would I have ever paid $150 or close to that. I may have gotten it second hand at a thrift shop book store.

This is just a guess, but when I see the term "wheel mark" I think of the circular gouge made sometimes by coin rolling machines. I "think" I might see a slight mark on the obverse near the right base of the "T". If so, the bag marks may not be the problem.

There's hard copies available on Ebay for less. Best books I've ever bought. Paid maybe $30 brand new. Bought my last one direct from JT and he signed it for me. Was sad to hear he passed.

Had the book less than a month and picked my first coin. Paid $60 free ship. Still hold the record sale for the variety on PCGS coinfacts. It was a 1953 Proof Quarter RTF FS-901, @ $3,549.00

I'm awaiting explanation from PCGS now, but the best look I can give you? You could be right.

The lines running straight across the Eagle's wing are wheel marks..

If you look for these types of lines on your Kennedy you'll see what the graders did.
