Hello All. I have had my eye out for starnotes for a while but rarely get anything rare. In the last month I've picked up 3 that seem to be good ones. The 2009 I looked up and it says rare. Run 1 of 320,000 in sheets. H series.
The 1963 and 1969 both came back as change at stores within a week and are in surprisingly good condition considering most notes I get back with even a 2013 date. They all have some expected staining but have no idea how to value them. Anyone with info on them please chime in and share opinions on value or let me know if even worth holding on to.
Thanks in advance for any replies 20191203_103057.jpg 20191203_102752.jpg 20191203_102745.jpg

Yeah that's the site I also use. It really doesn't provide much more than common or rare but at least it lets me know if it's worth talking about. I know condition is key to anything as well. I tried to look it up and see if any have sold and I think I saw one that sold for decent amount but it was 0000765 or something low like that. Others were in the $5-20 range.
Then of course you have the etsy listings for $10,000 that aren't worth the paper they are printed on.
The older dates are the tricky ones. I guess I will have to break down and spend some money on a book for paper money.
Anyone have suggestions on the best Paper Money Guide for star notes and other varieties?

You can not use that website to determine value.

When I say value I didn't necessarily want a dollar amount to be put on them. I mean that would be good if I knew a range but I'm just trying to determine if the older 2 of the 3 are anything special. If so are they worth having graded and held on to.

Not worth being graded. Probably worth a couple of dollars to someone.

Thanks. Yeah paper money is pretty new. I have a hard enough time with coins so I stick with them but hard to not keep any star I find.
    Thanks for response.
