After taking the slow boat (FedEx truck) from China (Mississippi), and taking several days break in both Ohio and Pennsylvania, my (really, my son's) 2019S Enhanced Reverse Proof ASE finally arrived.

First impression? It's a nice coin. My wife even said she liked it. Is it worth the $1000+ it is currently selling for? IMO, nope. Mrs FF doesn't think so either but she would consider selling it for that price.

The only reason I bought this coin, as most of you know, is because it goes with my son's birth year set. I didn't get the Pride of Two Nations set and I'm wondering if I should get it to finish out the year. We'll see.

Without further ado, here is 2019S Enhanced Reverse Proof #27,223.

It is definitely nicer looking than a normal ASE.

Very nice, you lucky dog,...er, frog, as the case may be. It certainly has "The Look"!

Sell it for $1000 and invest the money in a 529 plan for your son's college education.

The "enhanced finish" makes it look a little better than a regular reverse proof, but nowhere near as nice as a regular proof. Or even as nice as a bullion piece.

Most definitely you should get the W to complete the year!

I'm looking for the Eagle from the Pride set... Graded would be nice.
