Piney Wood, close to my home state of Arkansas for 25 years before I moved to Texas 32 years ago. One of these days I plan to move to North Arkansas and spend my last years trout fishing on the White River. I hunt the area near Bowie Texas.
Why not brisket for Thanksgiving? Last year we did chile. Which, btw, is awesome served over cornmeal dressing.

Look. It's a pretty coin to fill a hole in an album, but is it worth the $100 to get it graded on a gamble? I don't think so, you'd be better served spending the $100 on an already grade 1963 cent instead in really high grade then taking the gamble and probably come out ahead.

If you have the money to spend like that, do what you like to and whatever makes you happy.

My opinion buy a mint product next year and send it in for grading directly, like a mint set, and gamble on it coming back high grade if you want to take that gamble. That might work out to your benefit if you do it quickly and hit some high grade new coins in the set. Heck buy this year's mint set and take the uncirculated W cent from it and send it in for grading would be a better gamble if you just really want to get something graded and have a shot at something worth a few bucks over grading costs.
