Can anyone provide information?

There is a commemorative coinset which has the currency notes of that country engraved on the coins. Can someone tell me as to which country has brought out these coins? Thanks.

It sounds like a Franklin mint type product, but we would need more info to be sure. Do the coins have any denomination on them? Pics would help a whole bunch!!
