Not a doubled die. What year is the coin in question? I'm assuming post 82 zincoln?

When I looked on a reference site they mentioned double died. And double die. Is there one of each or did they misspell?

Doubled die is the correct term

Check out "split plate doubling" or "die deterioration doubling".

I did some looking at DDD but what makes me think it's not is because the inside of the last A and the R has doubling and I dont remember seeing that in the reference

James - something to keep in mind when taking pictures. Provide a picture of the Obverse and Reverse of your specimen. It doesn't matter if what you are asking about is on one side only. Often times markers are given for the obverse and reverse of a coin in order to attribute it; post pictures of both. When zooming into a region you have questions about, don't over do it. Over zooming obscures what it is you are asking about in most instances. If you think your specimen is an attributed coin, taking pictures that mirror what is posted at the various sites will help with the community's look at your coin. Of course, lighting, focus, shadows are other factors to consider. With regards your photos above, you are too close so things are a bit out of focus. That said, I agree with our fellow enthusiasts above: die deterioration with a bit of MD. Circulation wear might be a bit more aggressive as well.

Which website? Some use incorrect terminology.
