1985 P Roosevelt with multiple questions?

    Don't know where to begin really but is that a lamination on cheek or die clash? Would MAD or broadstrike cause the appearance seen on both sides?
    Reverse shows die crack from torch connected to extra metal on leaf. Or is it all done on a vice and someone with to much time on their hands?..lol
    Expertise wouldd be greatly appreciated

    Thanks Paddyman, not having experience even reference sites with pics are difficult for me to grasp. I'm more a hands on person that needs actual visual examples along with a patient instructor for my pee brain to learn what to look for or understand something new. I truly appreciate the help from you and the other members offer along with your patience.
