How many legs?

    I’m going nuts and my eyes are crossing trying to determine how many legs are on the horse. Please tell me so I can stop gaping at this coin. Thanks.     Look between the second and fourth rungs and it looks like another leg is there. I took to a local coin expert yesterday and he said 4 and then he looked again and started laughing and said “I see what you see”. there’s a vertical line that looks like another leg. He said it’s a design flaw

    Well if you have 4 hoofs you can only have 4 legs.
