No, it isn't. The famous 1969 S doubled die has very prominent doubling that you can not miss. there are more minor doubled dies but I am not familiar with them. Where do you see the doubling on your coin?

Educate yourself what a true Doubled Die variety is. Look at what the 1969 S Doubled die is. There is plenty of information on the internet.
