1991 DDR washington quarter?

So i just randomly picked up a 1991 washington quarter. (MM= D) and looked at the obverse and reverse of it with my 16X and found that

uniteD STATES of america

on the reverse was doubled a little at the tops of the letters. if anyone has a cherrypicker for quarters or knows any info would greatly be appreciative

Really need a picture to be able to tell you anything about it. Could be die wear, Machine Doubling etc..

 

yeh im aware im in the process of tryin to get a good pic but its kinda hard with a video camera..lol...i don't have a picture taking camera

Notice how flat (and 'shelf like') the under part is?
