66 in my book. Too many tiny marks for 67

Appears to be a very clean and lustrous coin. Might be just enough minor chatter to hold it back at 66.

MS 67 RD some small flaws on the obverse and what looks like the beginning of corrosion on the rim of the reverse. Another well struck coin.

Alright, with 49 guesses, CoinTalk averaged a 66.3. PCGS gave this coin a 66, and CAC agreed. Over half of the guesses were correct.

I think the luster on this coin is strong, but maybe a little subdued for a 67. A 67 needs blazing luster. Also holding this coin back are a couple of very minor whispy marks in the left obverse field. There are just a few too many tiny tickmarks on the devices for this coin to get a 67, although it is a very solid 66.

What held be back were a couple significant marks at the back of the head. They go perpendicular to the flow of the hair
