Looks like I’m waiting until the market price on these things crashes before I get mine...

$1200 for a glorified silver bullion token? No way.

Mine is at PCGS. Came up today that it got graded PF70. I also had the COA encapsulated. I bought the coin to keep, but I have bills I could pay with that money if I put it on eBay. I'd hate to let it go. The prices seem to be going up. I'm not sure if I should list it right away or wait a bit. Any advice is appreciated. If prices drop early next year I'd like to but a raw coin for my collection.

honestly bills should come first. Sell it pay those off. At the very least you can sell the 70, buy a new one that’s not a 70 and use the profits on bills

CoinCorgi Tell your dog I said hi!

Buy one from the mint if you want one for your collection. If you don't want one for your collection don't buy one.

It really truly is that #$%^&*^%$#@ simple.

The latest post on that thread is someone babbling about Chernobyl conspiracies, which seems remarkably appropriate.

Someone is going to have buyer’s remorse down the line.

Buyer's remorse is a common trait when it comes to many mint products.
You purchase something from them and then months later see it selling for half as much on eBay. You think that' something you purchase will always be worth at least what you paid for it but often that is not the case.

Mine is on the way back to the Mint, I'll get a refund, and there will be at least 1 more available.

Why wouldn't you sell it instead of just a refund? Selling at even a fraction of what they are selling now would be better $65.

My order went through without the house number, just the street name. Got returned to sender.

Man, that is extremely unfortunate. I’d suggest contacting the Mint and seeing if there was any way you could get your order sent back to you with the correct shipping address.
