Is that a blue sapphire ring ? I like that 1 better than the diamond ring. You do all this for free ? You are an amazing person.
I also like knives. Just started a small collection. This 1 is called "Enyo" by Spartan Blades... I like the design of the blade. I wish it was just a little longer.
I still do! Wife's family is from N. Ireland, so have been to the distillery on the North Coast (right by Giant's Causeway). Picked up the Irish habit. Not being into the smokey side of things it keeps me out of scotch, though I've paid a pretty penny for some of the 20+ yr old stuff.
I used to collect comic’s book. But I gave up for coin’s collecting, a cheaper hobby...That one just sold for 1,260,000$ today... https://comics.ha.com/itm/golden-ag...m-Auction-Archive-MostActive-Thumbnail-112917
My nephew (4 yr journalism degree) manages a comic book/action figure shop. Gets to go to the big cons on the business' dime; cherry pick the issues he wants, etc. His goal is to have "good" copies of every comic the Punisher has been in. His house is already 'shrine-like' with all the collectibles.
My other hobbies is, Native American artifacts, bottle collecting, stamps, American coin and currency, foreign currency, genealogy, antiques, comic books, shells, art, zippo lighters, post cards, ancient artifacts, old books, trading cards, etc. I realized I am into to many hobbies and now I been thinning them down some!
@ancient times Can we photos of these cool collections. any of them. (Shells, art, comic books, trading cards)
Aside from coins, I love miniatures, especially those of Roman soldiers. Here is one example from my collection. 54 mm miniature called ‘Marius Mule’. Made out of tin, brand is Andrea Miniatures. Handpainted in St. Petersburg in Russia. They did an outstanding job Marius was a famous general who reformed the training and logistical organisation of his soldiers. Instead of baggage trains, Marius had his troops carry all their weapons, blankets, clothes, and rations. This led to Roman soldiers of the time being referred to as Marius mules. If there are any other collectors of Roman miniatures, I love to know.
Here is something that takes up my spare time. As a product designer, I come up with new go-go-gadgets all the time. This one is the "Pick Slinger". A 'tethered' pick holder that lets your pick 'sling' in and out of your grasp as needed. Patented in June of 2018, this is headed to manufacturing in the Spring. An incubator I recently signed with will be sending three more prototypes to manufacturing through a two-year rollout. I've also appeared in >60 films and TV. I manage to stay busy http://www.imdb.me/Brina
Thank you ! The source is Silver Dream Studio in St. Petersburg. This is another miniature, painted by the same studio. The cloak is beautiful.
