what is this rare error coin worth ?

no clue.

 

There is not much demand for errors on Indian coins , so even if this is a genuine error (which I doubt very much) certainly much less than $250.

 

It could be a crude counterfeit!

The poll is incomplete - where is the choice for a dollar three eighty?

 

Personally never saw anything like it, and don't collect foreign coins. I doubt if it's more than $100 but that choice doesn't exist.
