2019 Penny ?

    Hi, everyone and Happy Thanksgiving. I got this 2019 penny in a coin roll noticed the date and my question for help is: Error or No Error?     I can't tell what it could be. But it does not look like post mint damage. Some kind of Struck Through Debris issue. Interesting.
