Keep looking Jack. I found the 1984 from circulation and I'm still looking for the 83 & 95.

Jack, don't forget the elusive 1995 D DDO PUP is TRUST. Very scarce. I bought one on ebay raw 5 years ago for $80. It was stained and very dark toned. Still graded MS62RB from ANACS. Probably worth over $500 now.

    Keep looking Jack!

I just found my 3rd 1972 LMC DDO (08- From Coppercoins 1972 guide) last night going thru regular circulation local bank rolls of cents- not BU'S!!

The 1972 and Liberty are not very pronounced but look very close at "In God We Trust" for these other versions.

Keep the 72 in mind- there are like 8 or 9 different varieties of it- of course the big one is #1, but there are other nice one's still out there in circulation.

Here are a few pics of this one.:)

    Good Luck!

    Chuck.

    Hello everyone,

Jack having any luck yet? I have gone through 7 boxes of pennies this year (all OBW), and the most interesting find i had was a 1914 that someone tried to make into a 1911.

However I will keep searching. How many more lbs to go btw?

    Regards,
    S

17 of 35 pounds down, nothing yet. I had a bunch of wheat bags come in, so the regulars go on hold for now.

I forgot about the 72, I'll have to start watching them as well !!

Jack, You're quest has rubbed off on me .I started checking '83's & '84's now.I found this coin,an '83, and to me it looks like a little bit of doubling. I'm not having any luck getting close-ups but the words ONE & CENT have some .The "N" is notched so I think it is a DD. In hand it looks a lot more pronounced than the pics I took. I don't think it's a dinner winner but it's a nice red unc. John
