I picked this up in a shop in Warsaw, Poland. I can tell it’s Russian, but I’m not sure about the denomination or exact year. It’s slightly larger than a quarter, the obverse appears to depict St. George slaying the dragon. But the reverse, rather than showing a royal monogram, appears to read “paika” along with some other Russian writing.
What you have is likely a 1 Kopeck of Pyotr I. https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces26898.html https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces101763.html https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces101770.html
