Never make a 65. I dont like the looks of the obv. I would pass this coin. Melt + the $3.00 shipping puts it to high

 

I have no idea, but under the L in liberty, it almost looks like there is some wear, or scratches of some sort. I agree with spock, pass on this one.

I'd pass, a BU at best, but I don't think it will make that. That's all I will say.

Also, why buy from someone who would grade it:
"Uncirculated or Proof 64 "

I'd buy all the 1935 proofs that I could find, esp at that price.
And, esp since none were made.
