I have two Lincolin Memorials 1990 with same Mint, but they have different portraits of Lincolin, The left one looks more young.

I can say with all honesty that they both look the same to me. Maybe its just the color of the coin (it looks lighter in color compared to the other) that makes it look that way to you.

no I think it was one Philadelphia Mint and the other San Fransico mint without the mart S
maybe that's why? but which one is the Without S and which one is the P?

Hey Hag: If that is "s" less then it's gotta be a proof....and none of those coins look like a proof to me.

The "WE" in the coin on the left is almost equidistant between the rim and the bust. On the right it's closer to the rim. The bust appears a little larger on the second as well.

I also thought the bust on the right was larger, but it appears that the coin itself is larger. Maybe it's my screen.

Lincoln does look about 10 pounds thinner on the left!

Here's something to think about. There's the 1990 no S proof cent minted for that year. Mintage known 3,555, an additional 145 no mintmark cents were discovered and destroyed by the mint. :)

I suspect it's the perspective the photo was taken from that is causing the effect you describe...Mike

I disagree. Look at the flattened rim on the right, and remember that if a coin is pounded between pieces of leather it can be made bigger without seriously affecting the design.
