Five Cewts or Five Cexts or bad eye sight

I think isee doubling above states and around the torch thingy .on the obverse i think i see doubling above liberty and can see what appears to be doubling on fdrs frontal face possibly, i know im a big dreamer is the most of it. Any thoughts

This coin is trashed. Interesting that only the "N" and the "O" are the only damages called into question here. The entire surface of the coin is riddled with damage.

 

what is the question about the O and the N I m not quite. Sure if I understand. .
