1967 dime possible error

    There appears to be either a letter G or a #6 on the cheek. Can anyone tell me anything about this coin Thank you

    Hi, and welcome to Cointalk.

    With the photo provided, I can see now that your
    dime has a 'contact' or 'hit' mark on the cheek.

    It is not a number or digit - it's a mark from the
    coin being in circulation.

    Not what you had hoped or thought it might be - sorry.

    Welcome to CT @Bentti06. Any wear from circulation or damage after a coin leaves the mint is PMD, post mint damage. Also read this:
