Fake. Rims and date style are the main indicators. I’d have the metal tested. If it is of Chinese origin (as the date suggests), then it probably isn’t gold

Looks off to me. Details just don’t seem right as does the lettering and date and color very strange

Hi! First of all, I have to say im very impressed by the feedbacks here, it made me join this site!
This coin and pictures is mine, I got it from an old woman aged 84. The coin is from a collection wich belonged to her husband (now deseased) who were chairman of the coin assosiation in Kongsberg Norway. It is believed that he got the coin in the mid 80's-early 90's. I really didn't concider that it may be fake, but I have understood that it is not struck using original dies. That Said, it has now been confirmed from Germany that it is 88% gold, weighing 33,05 grams.
They offered me 1160 Euros for it, but I think I will keep it with documentation for now. How and why it is a fake coin in real gold is a mystery. Any thoughts on the matter is highly appreciated. Regards
