Hard to tell if ther's wear or not , if no wear MS-63 .

Giving 2 grades doubles my odds , sorry Spock

 

I'd rather a guess at AU-58 no higher due to the marks at the base of the neck and chin. No lower though as all the minor details appear to be very well preserved IMHO nice coin
