Go to Google type in search pjd1966. Scroll down its on the second page on mine. You can see some Chinese writing and next to it says translate this page. Hit translate this page and it lists all the auction numbers, items, and pictures and who bought what.

Silverfox,I had a look on Google. You are right about
an item with some Chinese characters. If you look closely, you will see www.ebay.hk ,which means that this one is operating out of Hong Kong.

I wish I had found this site sooner. I am one of the suckers who bid on her auctions. At the moment I am out nearly $1700. I sent the coin back a week ago. Sad part is I thought I did my homework as she belonged to some kind of an safe 'arbitration' group. Really, she was running at 98.5% positive and there had been references regarding refunds, so I thought I'd be safe even if the coin was a fraud (which it was).

I didn't go looking beyond ebay until she was removed as a seller.

Jhause, one of the other posters has informed us of a class action regarding Ebay.Perhaps, they can post some more information.

The URL is in my post above; here it is again:
    http://www.ebayersthatsuck.com/main/index.php?ait_p=1

BTW, it appears pjd1966 is back using the eBay ID jdonnellysr. Here's one of the current auctions: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=525&item=3961665630&rd=1 . This is for the fake 1793 dollar which was reported to eBay many times just before she was suspended.

Here's the URL for reporting suspended eBay users attempting to operate under a different ID (this is long, may not wrap correctly):

    http://cgi1.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISA...les+for+Everyone+>+Previously+Suspended+Users

I encourage everyone to file a report with eBay either as a fraudulent auction or as a suspected suspended seller if you feel comfortable filing such a report. It worked before. This is the only means we presently have to keep eBay a safe market for coin transactions.

Never mind. She's been NARU'd again. This time, it took only a couple hours. I guess eBay doesn't like people trying to an end run around them.

Fred, what name did she try getting back onto Ebay
with.Does anyone know what charges this woman rip-off merchant & fraudster will face,& in which State(s)? Please can you keep us posted?

She tried using jdonnellysr who may be her husband or father-in-law. Not exactly a clever camouflage.

I can only imagine possible charges at the Federal and State levels: mail fraud, fraud, larceny, theft of services, and conceivably (based on her message to this forum) assault (threats are considered assault in many jurisdictions). Knowing her arrogance and attitudes, I wouldn't be surprised to see resisting arrest and obstruction of justice. This is all conjectural, however.

Thanks,Fred.I knew that she would try again. She has proven that it is impossible for a leopard to change her spots,as the old saying goes.Boy,the weather has been a little cold over here in Wellington,New Zealand.

    98 Negatives on Ebay.

Fred,I am surprised that she ended up with 98 negatives in her feedback box.I had thought that once 3 people left negatives,Ebay would come down on her like a ton of bricks & terminating her membership. She had given herself away by leaving her postal address in her description down the bottom of the page.

No you can have an unlimited numbr of negatives as long as your feedback doesn't fall to -3. At -3 they will terminate you, or if you get three non-paying bidder reports they'll terminate you.

Criminal Records Search on PJD1966 anyone?

    Hi all!

I would really like to know if anyone's done an updated criminal records search on her or her husband. I think it may have taken actions by local authorities to shut this dastardly duo down. In an extensive email exchange that I had with eBay staffers in December '04, they inferred that an investigation--of a significant nature involving organizations higher up the food chain--WAS ongoing. At which point I let them know that these Savannah slimeballs were about to re-post for eBay bidding a clearly fraudulent coin which they unsuccessfully tried to pass off to yours truly (originally).

Whatever the case, they've been shut down (at the very least) temporarily. I'd just love to know to what extent they're being sought right now.

A quick review of recent Savannah-area court or IFCC records may prove interesting. Anybody aware of anything going on in this regard? Would love to hear from you!

Rob. There is a class action lawsuit pending against Ebay for letting this couple sell on their site. Ebayersthatsuck.com is where you can join this class action lawsuit. I have feelers out to see whether there is a class action against Pamela and Jim. So far, I have heard nothing on the subject.
I doubt if the Ebay action will be successful as it was tried once before by a lone party lawsuit. The judge ruled that Ebay was not responsible for people that listed false items on their website. I am still keeping an eye on the dastardly duo as well as dozens of others.

I ran into a "Pamela" a couple weeks ago that got NARU'ed. Don't know if it's the same Pamela, but she won two of my auctions and only paid for one. A few days past the 10-day limit I see she is NARU'ed. Here's her Account History:

This person's no longer a registered eBay user.

Different Pamela, it appears. Our Pamela J. Donnelly pjd1966 used her ID from May 2003, throughout the above period, until she was NARU'd on 26 February. Her username history doesn't show any other identities.

I hesitate to speculate there is a problem with people with the name Pamela on eBay? (I could be in a LOT of trouble if we have a Pamela on the forum.)

Lol Fred. I'm sure there's one here who will read this sooner or later. So maybe we better not draw any conclusions unless based on fact. Let's look at the facts.
...2 Pamelas, 2 NARU's. We have a definite problem with Pamelas. But they're not the only 2 Pamelas with eBay accounts. There may be dozens or even hundreds of them! So, what conclusions should we draw from these facts?
...unless you want to be ripped of by hundreds of Pamelas, don't buy or sell from them!
    ...or maybe not I dunno.
If you are a Pamela, change your name quickly.
