Check out UNITED. Took this to the Jacksonville Coin Show yesterday and a number of the participants were interested in it.
Yeah I thought so too but someone offered me a few hundred for it which made me contemplate if it was a unique die as I have heard some close AM may not be touching but just be a hairline apart.
I found this in a bank roll and it was really dirty and cleaned it. How can I tell if it’s a real 1914-d? I can’t believe it’s real but it weighs correct and yes I shouldn’t have cleaned it but it was so dirty and black before. I also was quite excited!
Looks like " UNUM " fell down multiple times ( hard too! ) Maybe you should make a doctor's appointment for all of them ( they don't drink do they? ) Good luck with them!!
Meh sold it For like 120 I don’t have to worry anymore. However that 2000-s nickel I have that’s 4.15 grams isn’t a thin Planchet and is being tested for metal compilation now. I’ll keep you guys posted. It actually has a distinct ringing sound when dropped similar to copper penny’s or pure silver coins do. Anyone know what Planchets the mint we’re using for foreign countries during that time that was similar to a nickel and weighed 4.15g
2000 D nickel. I'm really not questioning the fact you have a very underweight nickel. Just curious. Where is it being tested? It's well below the weight tolerance of .18 grams but why do you say it's not a rolled thin planchet? EDIT. Also, any further info on the 1986 P Quarter that you posted? Thank you if you reply.
Yeah. I think that quarter is special. I don't know much , but i do know I've never saw such quarter coolness
