If a moderator or administrator could please change the title of this thread to:

    "Your most expensive coin"

    That would be appreciated thanks.

Sorry about that, I forgot for a bit about this being a public forum. Okay, different topic, what is your most expensive coin? You don't have to post the price if you don't want too, you can just post the coin, and a pic if you would like. Sorry about the lack of a brain cell on my part there at the beginning. :D We all make mistakes, I just make quite a few more than most. :D

Up to now the most I ever paid is $700 for a 1917-type 1-FH-MS-64 SLQ certified by PCGS . I always wanted this coin because it's the year my father was born , and a beautiful coin to boot , I'm waiting for it to arive any day now . Can't wait because the 1st one they sent , though a great strike , had splotchy black toning on the back , this one is supposed to even have a better strike and a touch of golden toning , he just picked it up for me at the Baltimore show .

Possibly around $300+ for a nice celtic piece (it was a xmas gift to myself) but my best buy was around $5 for two Belgian gold coins, the seller had no idea as to what they were nor did I but as I liked them I took a chance and came out tops :D

This is where priorities come in Phoenix. I drive a work van that I paid $900 for over 5 years ago.

I have a few coins worth more than that and one I actually did pay more for than that.

    Like I said priorities.

Not counting bullion- it was the 1921-D Walker at $250.

You can always say you make fewer mistakes than me. :D

Ps: The most I've paid for a single coin would be my Kentucky Pyramid Token I just bought last week - $350.00 - but I have a few that are worth more than that one, I just didn't pay as much for them.
