I'm not saying the bidder has figured it in spock - I'm saying the seller has. If you buy two identical coins in different places and pay $115 for each of them - what makes the difference if one of those coins was $100 plus $15 buyers fee and the other one was just $115 ? There is no difference - you still paid the same amount for each coin.
