Only at coin shows now. I've stopped going to brick-and-mortar coin stores since I haven't found one I like or trust here in Denver. Luckily, there are at least 10 different shows close by every year that I can easily attend, so I have no problem getting my 'fix' every month or two.
Considering some of your most recent acquisitions, I imagine even your pocket change ain't much. Ribbit Ps: You didn't vote!
actuallly i have started to collect the 50 states quarters in circulated condition by mint mark i have 30 or so of them already. it keeps me close to the hobby but no i am not buying those albums to keep them in there is alos this great coin that i wanted to buy but its not going to happen anymore so ill get 50 great circulated coins instead

I get a lot of them there, but I am using the cheap Harris folders for them. I am doing cents, nickels, dimes and quarters - only those I can complete from pocket change. You would be surprised at some of the challenges. Of course the order would be (1) Local Coin Shop(or online dealers), and then (2) Ebay and Heritage.
I collect errors and varieties so most of mine come from rolls from the bank. E Bay is next and the mint is last. Love it when the mint makes a mistake like this year (2008 silver eagle). Bill:smile
Mostly from my local B&Ms but I've also bought quite a lot from the auctions at my coin club and online.
From coin shops, pocket change, rolls from the bank, and sets from the mint. I have bought a few things off of eBay, but not many.
1st , coin shops 2nd , dealers on the net 3rd , haven't bought anything from E-BAY or Heritage but I'm planning on starting . rzage
