Well it first started last night i was going through the pennies i had left to look through. I found a 1983 P doubledie reverse(one cent). So today i went to the coin dealer and got him to look at it and tell me what he thought. He said it WAS indeed a double die and goodfind. He then said did you notice the front of the penny? I responded no. I looked at it again and the obverse is off center and the rim is double die. I was so excited. My first doubledie coin. I then went and got 200.00 in ones. got my check from my grandmother and cashed it. I thought about gettin more ones but i said no ill just take what she gives me. well she gives me a 100.00 dollar bill star note. I was like holy poop, my day was just made. then i went home and looked through my ones and found two more 1 dollar star notes and a pattern note. G28588582G...so needless to say i am very happy with first time finds all in one day. Star note; pattern note; and a double die coin P.S. Sorry for long post but im very happy. And i just found out my great grandmother that had just past away last week at 103 has been collecting coins for the past "umteen" years. And ill get pics posted as soon as i can.

thanks everyone.. I actually went by my coin dealer in apex. Still not sure if he is a "friend yet" lol.. gave a decent price on 2 (1909's) and 6 other early wheat pennies for 3 dollars. But any who he told me what he thought my bills where worth. The 1's he said from 5-10 dollars. and the 100 he told me to spend, its worth nothing in the condition its in and it would take forever for it to premium.
you are really a lucky guy, but not as much as i am, because i have three 1983 lincoln cent, I am going to check if they are double die, and also i have a 1995 lincoln cent i hope it will a double die. see ya. p.s: i almost forgot, i also have a 1984 lincoln cent, but i am not verry sure if it is a double die. my e-mail is whisky_29@hotmail.com, if you want to write me.. bye.
