PCGS MS-63 China Empire Silver Dollar (counterfeit?)

    Howdy fellow coin peeps, :thumb:

    I ran across this and there are two denticles @ 3 o'clock on the obverse that just don't look right and the rest of the denticles cause me concern also, but the two I mentioned really give me the creeps, cause they are too short and too close together:

    The coin looks good to me. I have seen the 3o'clock denticle 'mark' on 3 separate occasion. I think that is quite common for the 1911 Empire dragon coin.

    Wow, definitely looks good. It has everything you'd want to see in a genuine coin. Solid strike, smooth surfaces, a strong and uniform rim without signs of transfer dies... and convincing luster. If it's a counterfeit, it's got to be among the best I've ever seen.
