Here is my coin. It is belong to dutch east India company , and not to the British east India company. The Dutch come to India at 1602. I ask if this coin is a fake? Thank you.
We discussed this one. But perhaps someone on the forum has something new to add. http://www.cointalk.org/showthread.php?t=36379&highlight=East+Indian+company
The only thing that was not said before is that in 1616-17 all coins were made by hand - hammered. The coin pictured is a milled coin which means it can be nothing else but a fake or a fantasy piece.
