Here again abusing of ur knowledge. 1.- The colombian 1972 type II coin as i search for it, belongs to a scarse date as i read, cause that year they made 2 versions of it and a very low mintage. But the amazing of this is the doubling.. u can clearly see it in words REPUBLICA and COLOMBIA and also date on reverse. on obvserve, u can check the rim, double strucked. Also its in very preety shape.. luster and shiny almost no worn on it. 2.- The Carolus iiii coin was bought in Perú, also there a few or none specimens of it. HAs worn but still can appreciate lot of deatails.. only that scratch that i hate .. awesome coin! silver. Any suggestions? RonZo
As a general rule foriegn errors carry little if any premium due to low demand. But I do agree that the 20 centavos coin does appear to be legitimate error. I wouldn't even hazard a guess at value. As for the 2 reales, in that condition it is worth about $30 - $35.
txs GD for info! Although.. in my search of carolus iiii, it IS scarse.. theres no coins like that.. they were made in latinamerica mint, dunno if in mexico or in bolivia.. Txs for the time.. * Just found 3 lincoln 1c 1988 with die cracks.. was reading that they are a DIE ERROR using the 99 die in the 98 coin.. transitional date... The 2 reales was minted in Potosi, Bolivia. Sorry, but they are not scarce at all, they are rather common actually.
