    Hello all,
I would greatly appreciate any feedback and ID on this coin in particular the damage to the obverse. I am being offered it at a “Good” price.
    Many thanks in advance.

Don´t know much about these, but I´d stay away. Doesn´t look right (beside its damage, I mean).

I have stepped very carefully away from this and deleting any trace of it from my computer.
    Thanks for the prompt responses!

I consider it inappropriate for folks here who doubt the coin to make drive-by hints that the coin is not good without explaining what you see in the image that makes you feel the need to say what you said.
Here Kiwiti at least said there was something not 'right' so we know it is not just an aversion to acne scars on the face. Certainly I would prefer a link to evidence or explanation of what produced the suspicion. Even if the coin were a well known cereal box premium, the OP deserves more than "Buyer Beware". I don't know enough to answer this question with certainty from what I have seen. I hope someone who knows these will comment.

I would not buy it unless you could examine it in hand or have a return privilege. It looks artificially toned, the surfaces are entirely too flat, and the edges appear to have a seam (though that may just be a trick of the lighting and angle).

I clicked like on Al's comment of "No" because the original poster simply asked if we would buy this coin. He didn't ask if we thought it was authentic although perhaps the question was implied. I don't need to know what the price was that he considers "good" because there isn't a price that would make me want the coin. Fake or real, either way I don't want the coin.

It looks a great deal like https://www.forumancientcoins.com/fakes/displayimage.php?album=search&cat=0&pos=15

The damage on the obverse doesn't look like typical damage on ancient silver coins.

Even if genuine, it isn't a handsome coin. It has good details. If it is part of a series you are trying to collect, say all the denominations of Ephesos, and it is a research collection, then it is a good choice.

Genuine examples with pleasing detail and damage seem to go for mid three figures: https://www.cngcoins.com/Coin.aspx?CoinID=212821

I don’t know about this coin being original or not, but it’s so seriously disfigured I would beware. If you should (have to) resell it, I doubt if anyone would pay $10 for it. You may find better stuff easily.
