It is faint, but in my opinion it is clear as day.
The pictures arent the greatest however I still believe it can be seen. I included 2 photos here. One with an outline and the other is the same photo.

Wiles is considered top notch. If he'll do it, I see absolutely no reason to hesitate.

I posted below an email from Mr. Wexler. I have tried this route already. I do appreciate you taking the time sending this message.

The post you quoted was made before you shared his email. The last time I spoke to him that wasn't the case but things, of course and obviously, have changed.

It's a rpm, and a good one at that.

Just for the sake of clarification, are you saying it's known and there's an attribution number?

Thank you. I believe it is clearly obvious, however many people do not see it.

It is a new discovery if it is attributed.

Chuck Daughtrey told me that if it is attributed as a new discovery then it would be very rare. He actually said that I need to stop dreaming, but that's just Chuck.

The size and the font does not seem an exact match, size or shape, even if one allowed for only certain angles of the punch to the die surface. And it is unlikely, the setter used 2 different punch dies to do it. So I do not see a RPM, sorry. Jim
